How to Start a Return or Exchange
To request a return or exchange, please use our online return portal.
If your request falls outside the 30-day return period, please contact us at info@muuslift.com before sending any items back.
Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to feel confident with your purchase. For this reason, we offer a 30-day return or exchange period from the date your order is delivered.
- Returns and exchanges are accepted only if items are unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned in original condition with tags attached.
- Items must be free from stains, odours, deodorant marks, makeup, pet hair, or any signs of wear.
- For hygiene reasons, socks are non-returnable and non-exchangeable, unless deemed faulty.
- Sale, clearance, or discontinued items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty.
Shipping & Handling for Returns
- For eligible returns and exchanges, we provide a discounted return shipping label.
- Replacement items are shipped free of charge once the return is approved.
- Returned items must be securely packaged to prevent damage during transit. Product packaging alone is not suitable for return shipping.
- We reserve the right to apply a $9.95 restocking fee if items are returned with inadequate packaging.
- Muuslift is not responsible for items lost during return transit.
Processing Time
Please allow 2–7 business days for your return or exchange to be processed once received at our facility. You will receive a confirmation email once your request has been completed.
We reserve the right to decline returns or exchanges that do not meet the above conditions.
Refunds (If Applicable)
Once your return has been received and inspected, you will be notified by email regarding approval or rejection.
- Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within a reasonable processing timeframe.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount where applicable.
Faulty Items & Warranty
If you believe your item is faulty, please contact us at info@muuslift.com with your order number and details.
Warranty claims are reviewed case by case.
Sizing & Purchase Intent
We reserve the right to refuse refunds or exchanges where products have been intentionally purchased in an incorrect size. For certain fitted items, we may contact you to confirm sizing details prior to dispatch.
