Domestic Shipping (Australia)
All Australian orders are shipped via Australia Post, using either Express Post or Parcel Post.
Express Post
- Express Post provides fast delivery, with next business day delivery once dispatched for addresses within the Australia Post Express Post network, subject to their service conditions.
- This service is available nationwide, including PO Boxes.
- Delivery generally takes 1–4 business days, depending on your location.
If no one is available to receive the parcel, Australia Post will leave a collection card. Parcels can be collected from your local post office with valid photo identification.
Parcel Post
- Parcel Post is our most cost-effective shipping option and services all Australian locations.
- Orders are usually delivered within 2 or more business days after dispatch.
- Interstate deliveries may take approximately 3–6 business days, depending on the destination.
International Shipping
DHL Express
- DHL Express offers secure, tracked courier delivery within Australia and to most international destinations.
- Estimated delivery times range from next business day up to 7 business days, depending on location.
- DHL does not deliver to PO Boxes.
Australia Post International
- Both Standard and Express international shipping options include tracking.
- Standard delivery typically takes 6 or more business days.
- Express delivery generally takes 2–5 business days.
Delivery timeframes may vary due to customs clearance, destination country, and other external factors.
Important Information
- Responsibility for parcels transfers to the carrier once your order has been dispatched. We are unable to accept liability for items lost or damaged in transit.
- If your package arrives damaged or appears to have been interfered with, please notify the delivery provider immediately upon receipt.
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping details at checkout.
- If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges will apply. A $15 handling fee may also be charged before the item is resent.
